A complete, at home, interactive studio offering a range of group fitness classes, personal training, and health coaching. “Fitness that fits,” your family, your work, and your life by removing barriers to living your healthiest life.We offer live and interactive workouts, training and health coaching streamed anywhere you have internet access. I have been offering group fitness in Alberta since 2007 and Health Coaching since 2017 but when COVID-19 had us staying home, staying active and healthy became more challenging than ever before. I knew that it would be critical for people's physical and mental health to have opportunities to move and connect as we all stayed home. I immediately pivoted my work and started offering group classes and health coaching live online. What I didn’t expect was how many people would love the new format - people who would have been too intimidated to attend a class at a gym loved being able to participate with their cameras off, parents with kids at home did not need to find child care, folks working from home could fit it into a lunch break, those not yet comfortable returning to public spaces could feel strong and safe, and those who may not be able to afford the high cost of a gym membership had a more affordable option. My space and technology has slowly evolved over the past three months, however in order to continue growing there is more that needs to be done and Albertans will need tools and support to regain or maintain their health in the coming months more than ever.

NVR NUDE is a new line of fun, fresh, flirtatious, fine jewellery inspired by adventure, classic patterns, blue skies, and the joy of savouring the simple sensuous delights that surround us. Our pieces are built to affirm individuality while complimenting our customers’ inherent beauty. NVR NUDE is designed and produced by Kelsey Merkeley and her contracted team of Canadian Master Goldsmiths and Manufacturers. This ATB BoostR campaign has been created to help cover the costs associated with producing and launching the first NVR NUDE jewellery collection. This campaign invites you to support NVR NUDE by simply giving or choosing from one of our rewards. It also offers the unique opportunity to pre-order from a special selection of NVR NUDE's first collection before it launches (please note, as a small token of appreciation we are able to offer discretionary pricing to campaign supporters which will not be available on the NVR NUDE website). Launching a fine jewellery brand involves many serious startup costs and any support (big or small) helps so much. Thank you!

We are ready to add additional Glamping sites that are suited for a family to our campground. We currently have 2, 2 person Glamping sites that allow camping to be done differently. The glamping sites offer a queen size bed, end tables, seating bench, kitchen counter with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and water cooler. You will also enjoy the portable air conditioning while enjoying satellite on a 43-inch screen TV. Outside we offer a bistro table, full-size BBQ with side burner and seating around the campfire. This unique way of camping has all the amenities of a hotel but the opportunities to be in the great outdoors. Our 3rd Family Glamping site would have all the luxuries of the 2 person sites but have the ability to sleep 6 people comfortably in a studio type layout.

Patchwork YYC is a Social Enterprise that is based on three distinct & interrelated elements: (1) a Permaculture Consultation & Design Service (2) a freely accessible online self-learning video project based on gardening, food skills, and environmental education, and (3) a local seed bank with Prairie-adapted seeds. Permaculture Consultation & Design: we offer a Permaculture Consultation & Design service that is provided on a pay-what-you-can basis to ensure accessibility for all and reject the patriarchal charitable model. We aim to meet the triple bottom line of economic, social, and environmental responsibility. Additionally, we offer to grow seedlings from local, organic, open-pollinated seeds for clients and provide assistance with transplanting for a pay-what-you-can fee that will provide for the financial health of our social enterprise. This service will include full season support and consultation, thus addressing the need for ongoing support with a garden as it goes through the seasons and stages of maturity. Online Video Project: we create free, accessible, 3-minute online videos for everyone who has the ability to connect to the internet (including at a public library) that demystify growing your own food and showing how you can do so for free. Some examples including making newspaper plant pots or old plastic containers (such as old mixed greens containers). The short introductory videos will be paired with longer videos for those interested in diving deeper. 3) Seed Bank/Seed Library: we are building a seed bank that will double as a seed library for access to locally adapted seeds. The purpose is to build genetic diversity that is uniquely adapted to the Prairie Urban Microclimate and that is accessible in an equitable and just manner.

Virtual Summer Theatre Camps for Kids

After spending the past few months of the school year at home, this summer, many children are facing the prospect of spending much of their summer at home too. With COVID-19 continuing to affect the lives of everyone around the world, parents have fewer options for entertaining their kids - many summer favourites like community programs, sports leagues and summer camps are unable to operate or will be operating with limited capacity. That's why this summer, Something Gained Theatre Co. is offering totally virtual, no-contact theatre camps for kids! Something Gained Theatre Company is a brand-new theatre company based in Edmonton. We are made up of recent graduates from MacEwan University’'s Theatre Arts program. The end of our year was eclipsed by the pandemic, so we understand how everything feels a bit less fun right now. That is why we feel bringing some levity to the world, especially to children, is so very important right now. And we want to do that the best way we know how - through the magic of theatre! There are two camps to choose from: the week-long Theatre Fundamentals camp, or the one-day Puppetry camp. Each camp is 1.5 hours long per day, offering activities and education focused on live theatre. The camps are geared towards children between the ages of 8-11. Children will learn new methods for unleashing their creativity and will end the camp with a simple presentation to demonstrate what they've learned. The camps will run every week from the beginning of July until school starts back in September. If we exceed our funding goal, we will adapt our camps into an after-school program for the school year. When you choose to boost our campaign, you are also buying a free camp for a child. For every $75 donated, we will give away a spot at our week-long camp. We will be reaching out to agencies that work with families in need to extend these free camps to vulnerable children. If you wish to enroll your own child in our camps, we have that covered too! Simply pick the camp you want from our list of rewards, donate the proper amount, and we'll enroll your child in the camp of your choice!

We have partnered up with a few Alberta businesses and using their skills to address the need for a high quality face mask for non medical front line essential service workers. The current masks that are in the market are all open sides and protect the public from the wearers own spew. This does not filter the air the wearer is breathing, therefore does very little to protect the essential worker. The need to address this sector is very large, and a product that seals to the wearers face has been requested.

Ale'd Events celebrates the art of craft brewing and creates community, offering affordable and accessible wellness practices, by pairing our unique events with locally crafted beer culture. We get intimate with many of the great craft breweries and wineries that Alberta has to offer, and our plan is to return to delivering our fully immersive in-person events and programs on site at our partnered venues as they start to reopen with caution during this time. In the meantime, Ale'd Events has gone virtual and has developed engaging and content-rich online programming to continue pushing our message of #SelfCareIsHealthCare. Redirections in our deliverables such as offering local craft beer tasting packages for our attendees to sip along with us on our high-production ZOOM sessions. We are best known for our SIP + STRETCH beer yoga sessions, which typically occur at a growing list of unique venues around Alberta, more specifically, carefully curated taphouses and halls. Our business model’s UVP is the approachability factor (craft brings people together after all) and the entertainment quality that you don’t get from studios or 1-dimensional YouTube sessions, or other online streaming facilitated by yoga instructors themselves. Additionally, our certified wellness partners are very personable and enjoy being able to add a little more of their own personality into their practices. It translates to our attendees very effectively. #Selfcareishealthcare campaign is ever-more relevant in our current times, such that, now more than ever, we must take pause and connect with ourselves, and be vulnerable in the presence of our community. Ale'd Events promotes balance - body, mind and beer. Our goal is to dig deeper into the virtual event world by acquiring the technologies, systems, and equipment to produce high quality, immersive experiences to our event guests. We will allocate 75% of funds raised to purchase necessary hardwares and softwares to: <> Improve production quality of audio/ visual marketing assets and video streaming experience <> Enhance video editing capabilities and data storage capacity <> Operate more efficiently and effectively on site at event venue 25% of raised funds will support aggressive brand awareness marketing drives as well as event registration promotions for upcoming Summer Sessions 2020 programming. Ale'd Events would also like to invite the corporate community of Calgary to consider Ale'd Events as a perfect solution to your next conference or team-building event experience.

We are Lizzie and Chloe Small and we are SouperSpudz, a food truck and catering business in Calgary offering organic, locally grown baked potatoes with healthy toppings and fresh soups. Covid 19 cancelled all of our school orders and any festival income we had planned for the early summer, resulting in funds we had earmarked for branding our truck and buying our generator being absorbed elsewhere. Souperspudz is all about providing our clients with wholesome food, sourced from local growers and suppliers, and we want to make good, healthy food affordable and accessible to everyone. Everything on our truck and from our kitchen is gluten free, and we cater to meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans. SouperSpudz was a dream. Sadly the dreamer is no longer with us, so in his memory, his wife and daughter have decided to make his dream come true. There is a Social Enterprise element to our business which we are passionate about. In addition to advocating for Mental Health Awareness, and Organ Donation, our soups and potatoes are each priced to donate a small percentage to charities supporting Women and Children at Risk and Suicide Prevention. Our branding and overall company vibe is one of hope, and positivity, health and wellness in both the physical and the mental sense. Our branding has been designed to elicit smiles and feelings of fun and joy, We want to be able to give our truck a new jacket to reflect what we are all about.

We know times are stressful. We’re experiencing it ourselves, along with a number of our clients and other businesses all over Alberta. There has never been a more important time to get your brand and your message in front of your target audience, and as a video first company, we know video is the most effective way to do just that. Over the past several weeks of self isolation and business closures, we have created an inexpensive video package that will help businesses amplify their message and convert customers - even in times like the current - and hopefully, aid in relieving some of the stresses we know so many businesses are feeling. By heavily discounting our doodle and cartoon style videos, we are creating a cost efficient opportunity for businesses to implement video into their marketing strategy, while also creating a way to keep our staff busy and avoid layoffs.

The Covid-19 Pandemic and the resulting regulations resulted in all booking being cancelled for us, for at least 3 months, likely longer. It is understandable, as families are not comfortable having groups of children together at this time. It breaks our hearts that kids won't get to celebrate their birthdays with their friends. Making kids happy on their birthdays is the reason we do what we do. We are hoping to survive the storm, and when its over, relaunch Gamers Fun Truck, bringing even better parties and more happiness to our customers, who have been waiting a long time to celebrate with us. In the meantime, we have been finding ways to support other small businesses and non-profit organizations. We are planning a relaunch promotion campaign to help keep Gamers Fun Truck top of mind for party booking, and to continue to position Gamers Fun Truck as the best video game truck option in Calgary. We will upgrade equipment, add more branding to trailer, purchase promotional items for giveaways, run a contest and hold a relaunch public event, with proceeds going to support Alberta Children's Hospital and the Happy Birthday Project.

2020 has been a year. Almost overnight, our community has been asked to adapt to a new set of social norms. How we gather has fundamentally changed. For most, this has meant significant changes to our day-to-day lives. Many couples planning their wedding likely didn't expect their big day to change so drastically - or to plan the "backup of their dreams". Many event and wedding professionals have seen their busy 2020 season essentially vanish before their eyes. This is not only disappointing from a creative standpoint, but has many financial implications too. Vendors are looking for ways to work and create an income for themselves for the remainder of the season. That's where we come in! We've thought it through - what would the perfect elopement in YYC look like? To us, that means a skyline view of the mountains & the Tower. It means golden hour on a rooftop, at a heritage building in historic Downtown Calgary. It means bubbles, bites and an intimate memory with your closest ones. A modern elopement, with enough bells and whistles to be a placeholder until the couples next celebration or the perfect way to say I DO. We want to welcome couples with open arms to the 2020 Luv Club - celebrating their love, the best way we know how, no matter the circumstances.

We name all of our products after local Edmonton streets and landmarks: Strathcona Orange, Whyte Lavender, Ritchie Cherry, Calder Chai. Our goal is to raise the funds to cover our cost for one year's worth of input ingredients so that we can continue to procure our ingredients from our local sources.

Grow Centre Cowork and Teaching Space Mandate Learn, create, and connect. At Grow Centre we create an inclusive commuity where our members, guests and community can learn, teach, create and connect in a culturally safe environment. We do that by supporting our members, educators and elders in an environment that is safe for cultural practices, trauma informed learning, and vibrant self expression. Grow Centre Cowork and Teaching Space operated by Paul and Tracy Bradley. Over the last 6 years, Tracy's, as a Metis (MNA) woman, doula and instructor, we has fostered relationships with various teachers, elders and community groups. We provide a safe space for all people including indigenous, two spirit, queer, and ally community members to cowork, learn, create and connect. In our open workspace and our workshop space, we organize and hold space for work, art events & shows, teachings, classes, community circles and other community events. We are here for community members, organizations and elders to share knowledge, work and teach in a culturally safe and inclusive space. These include crafting and knowledge circles with Edmonton 2 Spirit society, knowledge keeper Roxanne Tootoosis, and Indigenous Birth of Alberta. Other full time members include Pansy Poke Collective, a queer collective of handpoke tattoo artists, We have relationships with many artists, creatives, indigenous and metis community members, knowledge keepers and elders. We have a reputation for kindness, connection, knowledge and commitment of several years. We run community circles, events and teachings in a culturally safe place. We have several vibrant communities growing and thriving in our space, with a focus on growing our support of indigenous art and space. We do so when engaged, in the Old Strathcona neighbourhood in Edmonton. This is a welcoming neighbourhood with precious little indigenous representation. We are proud to provide this representation and space south of the river in Edmonton. We are requesting funding for our indigenous skills and traditional knowledge programming. We have several programs that we run including: traditional indigenous birth, fine craft, and knowledge sharing; socials for the two spirit community which provide teachings on beading, sewing traditional garments and knowledge sharing; and, we bring in elders, with protocol and pay to teach on ribbon skirt making, star blanket making, moss bag making and more. Our timeline is running 5 weekly classes for three different groups in the community April through December of 2020. Our current reach is 8000 people per year, and we anticipate being able to double our capacity. With the funding requested we anticipate being able to cover supply and protocol for our our participants and elders. We will measure the value and impact by knowing that by sharing traditional knowledge in an urban setting, we are giving skills and traditions back to each family of each person we serve. There is immeasurable pride in gaining this knowledge to a fragmented and often isolated community. Many of these skills were lost due to residential schools and the foster care system, and our aim is to give a sense of pride to these families as they claim their culture. We will address the root cause of the problem by bringing knowledge and awareness to the Truth and Reconciliation Commissions Calls to Action, specifically those rooted in culture, language, and more. These include #21, 62, 66, 83, and more as our capacity builds. Please see the Calls to Action here: http://trc.ca/assets/pdf/Calls_to_Action_English2.pdf

Since 2019, Georgina has been searching for a physical space that allows her business to expand the scope and variety of services she provides to include food preparation onsite, food to go options, hot and cold beverages, and facilitate customers to order and pick up specialty orders, or catering services for special events. Georgina found an opportunity to open a coffee shop to expand the variety of services she currently offered. She's ambitious to offer a concept that is aligned with her core values to provide a valuable service to customers. She wants to offer good quality fresh coffee and pastries, and add some tasty homemade style food products that can be eaten onsite or to go. The coffee shop will provide onsite catering services for customers that look to host special events. We will be working with a recognized brand as our coffee provider and planning to have a full variety of soft drinks and bottled water. The Coffee Shop will base its operations in providing excellent customer service, offering quality meals and beverages, servicing the community, and integrating core values such as being creative, collaborative and an agent of change for good. We will support the community by: • Offering the opportunity to local artists to showcase their artwork at the coffee shop. • Implementing a loyalty card for members of the general community. (When reaching 10 stamps clients can get a free coffee). • Buying and partnering with members of our business community. • We will be environmental responsible and adapt best practices to use compostable products. Georgina is excited about this opportunity and committed to make a successful concept that is going to create value for all stakeholders including the business operator, tenants in the building, external visitors and the community in general. Georgina will be dedicating full time to this new business venture.

In an effort to provide delicious and healthy snacks for people with food sensitivities, we have developed a gluten-free flour blend that we have put into a number of dry baking mixes. All of our mixes are gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free, nut-free and soy-free. We use certified organic ingredients in our mixes. We use certified organic coconut sugar as a sweetener as it is a healthier choice to cane sugar because it has a lower glycemic index and does not cause a sugar spike followed by a crash which is often the case with cane sugar. Coconut sugar has vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Dietitians and Nutritionists who have come across our mixes are impressed with the quality and nutritional value we offer. We are hoping that this BoostR campaign will help us raise sufficient funds to purchase ingredients; buy equipment; and possibly help us in acquiring our own facility where we produce and package our mixes. (Right now we are doing everything by hand which is hard work and time-consuming.) Having our own establishment will enable us to qualify for our own certifications in Organic and Gluten-free. (Presently we are renting a commercial kitchen which will not put us in a position to qualify for GF and Organic certifications.)

We offer professional and personal development programs for moms on mat leave and beyond to build confidence and tackle the motherhood penalty. Motherhood impacts women’s careers and wallets: BIG TIME. The wage gap, which averages 12% for moms, increases with every child a woman has. Research shows employers rate mothers as less hireable, less suitable for promotion and management training, and deserving of lower salaries because they are believed to be less competent and less committed to paid work. Fortunately, competence and commitment on moms' end can partially help tackle the "motherhood penalty." We help moms keep their careers on track through professional and personal development during mat leave and when returning to work. Help us grow from a startup into a full-size business! Pros&Babes founder, Kinia, has been able to help more than 100 moms doing this work part-time, while juggling two little kids and a full-time job. Now, it's time to expand and help more moms access professional development while on mat leave, here, and across Canada, so we can tackle the motherhood penalty together!

Give for Good is an online platform that helps facilitate meaningful giving by easily connecting goods and services from those who have to those who need. Every community has vulnerable individuals and families who struggle to access the goods and services they need to make a difference in their lives. These same communities also have individuals and businesses who have goods and services they would like to give but no easy way to do so. Give for Good helps to overcome the barriers on both sides of the equation to connect those who need with those who have. We're currently in the process of piloting our prototype with the Edmonton Mennonite Centre For Newcomers (EMCN), where we hope to assist woman and families who are new to Edmonton. With your support, we hope to expand and reach additional families and communities across Alberta and beyond. We are reaching out to the booster community, Albertans, and of course all Canadians to help us raise awareness and at least $5,000 to help us advance our prototype. These funds will help us reach a wider audience of individuals and businesses who are able to give and ensure that the platform is easy to use and accessible for those in need within our community. We feel so lucky to be initiating this platform in Edmonton- where there are so many generous and thoughtful people and businesses who truly care about improving the lives of our most vulnerable. Thank you so much for your support!

More: Producer & Certified Audio Engineer & Stefan Legacy: Photographer & Head of Media As far as releases the label boasts 6 free mixtapes, 5 Cyphers, 1 EP & 2 collaboration albums as well as multiple successful release shows. We’ve grown and accomplished a lot in a short amount of time for an Independent operation and we are very proud of ourselves but as far as putting Alberta Hip hop on the map, we still have work to do. And that’s why we need your help. By purchasing our rewards and sharing our campaign you can help us with the creation of an Album that will be a landmark to what Western Canadian Hip-hop is; My Debut Studio Album. The album will be recorded here in the city and will be worked on by myself and the label in-house team. I will also be bringing in different hip hop artists & producers from the city/province to collaborate. The album will be released November 30th 2020. The funds raised will be split in half. The first half will be used to record, mix and master the album at a professional recording studio. The second half will be used to market and tour the album nation-wide. The album will be submitted to earn a nomination for Rap Recording of the Year at the Juno awards. Accomplishing this goal will help legitimize LiftedOne Records making it easier for future artists releases to be successful. Thank you, and I hope you support!

We make fresh caramel from scratch using the best ingredients and we love pairing our yummy caramel with lots of other goodies to make the best snacks ever! Caramunchies are our most popular snack and they are made using our super smooth salted caramel mixed with crispy cornflakes for a satisfying crunch! They are sweet and salty, crunchy and chewy; it’s the snack that’ll satisfy any craving. Our fans have lovingly called them Crackamunchies because of how addictive they are! We will be using 5% of all our ongoing sales to fund our Hot Lunch Program to provide hot meals for people in need through the Marian Centre, a soup kitchen in Edmonton's inner city. To kick off this initiative, we will be applying 50% of all the money we raise through this ATB BoostR campaign to our Hot Lunch Program! We are hoping to raise enough funds to cover a hot lunch every month and also use this platform to gather volunteers. Thank you for your support and generosity!
