I am an international speaker, author, and host of the Tackle Tuesday podcast, which explore topics related to organizational culture such as leading with emotion, diversity and inclusion, and how to create resilient and agile work cultures.
My academic research focuses on how to create workplace cultures that encourage employees to share their ideas, input, and recommendations in an open, objective, and critical way that challenges the status quo.
I have 20 years' experience in leadership roles and organizational design that I have gained throughout my professional and academic career. My organizational development expertise has culminated from years of operational experience, which enabled me to successfully lead and oversee the design of organizational improvement strategies. My mission is to give leaders the tools they need to create workplace cultures where people feel safe, supported, and able to engage in activity that promotes trust building and innovation.
Due to the credibility I have gained throughout my career and client focused approach, organizational leaders have sought me out to work closely with their teams to advise, recommend, and develop strategies that increase their organization’s success. I am also the author of Choose to Be a Leader Others Would Want to Follow: How to Lead with Heart and Purpose, which grew out of my desire to support managers in learning how to become emotionally intelligent leaders that can achieve organizational success while inspiring and motivating others.
