I was a stay at home mother to 8 children - 4 girls and 4 boys. I grew up in a home with a mother who was a professional cook and baker. There were always cakes, cookies, pies and other delicious treats in our home.I have almost 40 years of baking and cooking for my family. I am well know to my friends and family, as well as members of my community, as a person who is well versed in food sensitivites/allergies. I am able to make suggestions and help others deal with their food issues.
It has been a life long dream of mine to create a business in the food industry. Having developed my flour blend is helping realize my dream. Actually, I think it has gone a step beyond my original idea because it is not just any food product. It is a product that helps people who are experiencing various food sensitivities. Another bonus to my business is that, although I was not intending that my products would be organic, once I found everything I needed, they were organic. In essence, we have a product that is free of additives; has nothing refined in it; is organic as well as gluten free; and the results are delicious treats and snacks.
