What is Burlesque BOOM?
BOOM is a dance-based fitness class that incorporates cardio fitness along with burlesque dance choreography. The classes enable women of all ages and fitness capabilities to feel comfortable participating. Burlesque BOOM has been developed with a creative and unique sense of style; it allows each participant to control the intensity of their workout based on their personal level of fitness and goals. These 60 minute classes fly by and always leaves dancers smiling and giggling by the end!
Why did you start Burlesque BOOM?
We wanted to create a class to make burlesque dancing more fun and accessible for everyone. Our burlesque classes were popular, but not everyone wanted to burlesque dance in traditional heels, so we created a fun sexy workout class anybody can join.
What are the benefits?
BOOM builds confidence, personal growth, and self love. Boom workouts combine dance coordination and rhythm with strength building and weightloss. You get to work out for 60 minutes and feel sexy, while burning those unwanted calories. The best of both worlds!!
Why are we crowd funding?
We are crowding funding because we are looking to gain exposure and create some capital to jump start new infrastructure giving us a strong foundation to help us grow. We are looking to create our DIVA!! Network, an online resource for our instructors, which will further develop our staff, expand into new locations, and most importantly enable the inner DIVA to come out in you!
